How To Place an Order

Select the product and quantity that you wish to order then get started on your design. More information is available at our Design Online page.

Simply follow the steps below to complete your order.

Placing an Order

• Select a product category from the column on the left.
• The category page will display a list of all available products within the category. You may refine your search by selecting various options such as dimension, coating or paper stock.
• To view more information or select a particular product simply click on the product name to open the product page.
• The product page will provide you with detailed product information, quantity pricing, turnaround times and all available options. Make your selections for the product(s) that you wish to order.
• You may then select the number of this product that you want to order. For example, if you would like to order 4 sets of 1,000 business cards, you would enter the number 4 in the box next to "sets of this product" and click "Add To Cart". You will be given the option to upload files for each set of cards at checkout. If you are ordering just one set of the product, simply click on “Add To Cart”.
• You may continue to shop for other products or click on the checkout button in the shopping cart.
• If you have not already, you will be asked to log on to your account with Primo Cards by entering your email address and password. New users will be asked to create a Primo Cards account.
• The checkout process will allow you to select your shipping and payment options.
• You will be prompted to upload your files after completing your order/checkout process. The file upload system will automatically inspect your files and present you with an online proof for approval. You may accept the proofs or you may reject the proofs and upload revised files.
