At Primo Cards we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. We strive to ensure that every order is produced to the highest standards. Unfortunately from time to time errors may occur, but rest assured that we stand behind our product and will work with you to resolve any issue quickly and efficiently.

Reporting an Issue with a completed order:

If you receive an order that you are not happy with, please follow these procedures to report this issue to us:

  • Log in to your account and go to your Order History.
  • Find the order and click to view the details of the order.
  • On the details page under the job you will see a link to report an issue. Please click this link to be taken to the quality assurance ticket system.
  • Please complete the form providing as much detail as possible. You will also have the ability to upload photos. If the defect can be captured with a photo, please upload the photos so that we can review the issue with our production staff.

If you submit your ticket during normal business hours our Quality Assurance staff will be immediately notified and will being reviewing your concerns within the hour. Tickets submitted after business hours will be reviewed the morning of the next business day.

Most issues are resolved the same business day. If your job requires a reprint we will do our bets to expedite the turnaround of the reprint.
